Good afternoon to all new and interested clients and returning clients. Spring has sprung and you know you will be doing yard work. Think about your back and make sure when bending over to pick up something you bend at the knees. Take breaks every so often and drink your water and lower the heart rate. I do this every time I work in my yard as well. When my heart rate gets to 125 I stop sit down and drink water and let the heart rate go down to about 70 and start back up again. Also do a couple of stretches just to warm up that back so you don’t pull a muscle.
